ALU-BLOCK Kft. is engaged in aluminium recycling, producing ingots for foundries, primarily according to German, French, Japanese, and Hungarian standards. Our products are alloys that serve as raw materials for aluminium foundries manufacturing various parts.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
We use cutting-edge production technology and the most modern equipment to produce alloy ingots for foundries from aluminium waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
PREPARATION
Our site receives waste metal separated by types. Waste types that can be compressed are baled, following which the raw material is ready for melting.
METALLURGICAL
TECHNOLOGY
We melt the prepared raw material, set the final quality of the product, degas the molten metal, and pour it into dies. Ingots are stacked by a robot.
STORAGE AND
TRANSPORT
Once cooled, we store the strapped-down stacks, then ship them to aluminium foundries, which manufacture cast parts from them.
